WWE SmackDown Results, Winners And Highlights
Jacob Fatu, The Usos And The MFTs Face Off
- Jacob Fatu opened the show and he was interrupted by the Usos. Mind you, Roman Reigns told the Usos they’d be on equal footing, now here they are threatening Jacob goons.
- The Usos both advised Fatu to join the family before getting challenging for a world title. Solo Sikoa joined the impromptu Anoa’i reunion. Tama Tonga, growing increasingly frustrated with Solo, asked Solo why they were wasting their time with Jacob Fatu. “He can’t even beat you,” said Tama to Solo.
- Jacob Fatu superkicked Tama Tonga and challenged Solo Sikoa to a match in the main event.
Tiffany Stratton Def. Giulia
- Backstage, there were slight tensions between Giulia and Kiana James. This was the best match of Tiffany Stratton’s career. It went longer than most WrestleMania matches.
- Giulia hit an Arrivederce on Stratton, but Tiffany battled out of it. Fans chanted “let’s go Tiffy” as Stratton made a comeback. Tiffany tried a PME, but Giulia trapped her in a Rings of Saturn. Stratton fought back to her feet and laid out Giulia with an Alabama Slam after fighting off outside interference from James.
- Stratton hit a PME for the win as Tiffany Stratton is the new women’s United States champion.

Paige And Brie Bella Vs. Charlotte Flair And Alexa Bliss Ends In DQ
- Paige apologized for losing her voice, but she basked in the “welcome back” chants and reminded fans that SmackDown was her house. Paige and Brie were interrupted by Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss dressed in full gear.
- Flair and Bliss challenged Brie and Paige, but the match only lasted for a couple minutes before NXT’s Fatal Influence hit the ring and laid waste to both teams. Jacy Jayne, Fallon Henley and Lainey Reid stood tall over both babyface teams as Fatal Influence has officially been called up.

Cody Rhodes Calls Out TKO After WrestleMania 42
- Cody Rhodes received a very mixed reaction, but fans eventually rallied and chanted for him. Cody said that by walking up the ramp after getting punted, he was sending a message. The message was that he will always get back up.
- Rhodes took a shot at Sami Zayn’s “goldenboy” comment, and said that was why he was draped in gold for his WrestleMania entrance. Rhodes noted that Randy Orton was not here tonight. Cody sent a thinly veiled shot at TKO by saying they were 0-3 in defeating Cody Rhodes. Cody told them to stay out of his business. Rhodes described himself as easy to find, but hard to beat.
R-Truth and Damian Priest Vs. The MFTs
- Wade Barrett told a story about R-Truth driving the wrong rental home that was apparently a legit story. Priest tagged in and handled Tama Tonga and JC Mateo with ease.
- An MFT distraction and outside interference from Tonga Loa allowed the MFTs to get back into the match. Mateo had Truth bridged in a suplex pin, and Priest was late to break up the pin.
- R-Truth tagged in and did the John Cena comeback. Priest made a blind tag and the champions hit an inverted 3D to retain.

Sami Zayn Attacks Trick Williams
- Trick Williams and Lil Yachty were joined by the Gingerbread Man for the United States Title celebration. Prior to walking out, Williams Trick-slapped a PA.
- The Gingerbread Man turned out to be Sami Zayn himself, and Zayn attacked. Zayn laid out Lil Yachty and flattened Trick with a Gingerbread Helluva Kick. Insane heat. Joe Tessitore committed 1,000% to the call despite the ridiculousness of a grown man assaulting his colleague dressed as a cookie.
- Danhausen beat The Miz in a quick match where he drove in on the Danhausen-mobile with Miz’s Slammy. Danhausen outsmarted Miz for the win and rode off in celebration after a puff of smoke exploded in the air. The Danhausen gimmick is as over as peak Daniel Bryan right now.
Rhea Ripley Vs. Jacy Jayne
- Ripley received a hero’s welcome, telling Texas Mami is champion again. Ripley issued an open challenge and Fatal Influence returned to answer.
- Jacy Jayne was booed heavily as she already comes off as a top heel. The boos went on forever as Jacy went back and forth with Fort Wirth. “I’ll wait all night!” said Jayne.
- Jayne introduced Fatal Influence and bragged about taking out all their “precious little legends.” Ripley told Fatal Influence to stop while they were ahead. Fallon Henley and Lainey Reid started cutting promos on Ripley as fans booed again.
- Rhea asked Fatal Influence to take their shot. Nick Aldis interrupted and said he was trying to think of a suitable punishment for what they did tonight. But she’s standing right there. Aldis made the match between Jayne and Ripley official.
- Ripley got the better of Jacy Jayne early on, but after Jayne had a huddle with Fatal Influence, she took control of the match with a running hurricanrana. This was a back-and-forth match designed to showcase Jacy Jayne, who looked very good.
- Amid faint “this is awesome” chants, Rhea went for the Riptide but Fatal Influence interfered for the DQ finish. Fatal Influence laid out Rhea Ripley and stood tall.
Match Grade: B
